Nice guy, but no service.  Contacted many times,  still no keys after waiting 9 months....horrible service. Would definitely not recommend.

James Doan didn’t show up at appointment time, didn’t call to let me know he would be late.Didn’t reply to my calls/messages concerning his no show or if he was even coming to fix the locks.  I Waited a few days to give James Doan the benefit of the doubt that perhaps something had happened but no call from him. I hired someone else who came out promptly and fixed the issues.  James Doan is Very Unreliable and has shown a lack of consideration for his clients time. I would DEFINITIVELY not recommend this company.

I have used Harold Doan and Sons for many years now. Always helpful and willing to provide excellent service.

Very helpful and knowledgeable.   Was fast and friendly. Would use them again
