we just had the best time at happy's! tracey was the most gracious of bartenders. we were stopping through dubuque on our way back home to colorado. we ordered the cod sandwich and pizza. yummy! paired with amazing conversation and some delicious old fashioned, we will make this a stop on our trips from now on.
Food is a Lil bland and the deco is a lil out dated. But the service is always on time.
Alright venue for wedding, funeral dinner, any banquet.
Great food. Their pizza is the best. I will miss eating here after moving to a new town.
Had a after funeral meal there and it was great. Had pizza for 50 people and had no waiting, pizza came out quick and thick. Thank you Happy"s for your service.
I was here for a funeral dinner. The chicken was fantastic. The service was excellent and they even helped us out with extra bags to split up food to take home. I highly recommend for an event.
Great little “come as you are” bar and grill with some of the friendliest staff around!
An Awesome turnout for the club! Food was excellent!
We can play cards there and they have great homemade pie.
