So got a couple pizzas and some wings delivered to my home. Box was crushed and the whole pizza was stuck to the top. Eventually it fell back down and I grabbed a slice while my girl called to let happys know about the situation. Initially the woman on the phone suggested we set the pizza to the side after my family waited over an hour to eat and they would make a new one, have it sent out and the driver would take the other one back. We declined and asked could they make a note and give us a replacement in the future. She placed us on hold and a guy I assume was the manager got on the phone. He asks why we done want them to send one out and my girl tells him we would prefer credit seeing as it’s dinner time and we wouldn’t want to have to wait another 45 min to an hour for our meal to be prepared and while we wait to not touch the pizza so that they can take it back as evidence I guess. She told him that we would prefer the credit so that we could have dinner. He says “oh so it’s edible?”. We respond that it’s edible besides the slices that were stuck to the top. He then says how he’s not replacing a full pizza if the full pizza wasn’t ruined and that he would put a $7 credit on our account. Terrible customer service and this is a place we’ve ordered from often, long story long and we declined his offer and let him know that would not be patronizing that location in the future. Hope this helps if you’re considering this spot, they do not value their customers.

This is one of my wife's favorite place to go. They always have their food hot fresh and it looks very appetizing! But on top of that it doesn't take very long to get when you deliver it. And you can't beat the value. With a lot of choices to choose from in these trying times it's good to know that there's some places that still take pride in their business.

Sadly to say this particular location will never get my service again. I ordered a rib snack and the location is 7 minutes away from my location.. Sadly I have not received my food and I'm diabetic so here I could've ordered from else where but in stead the workers there kept telling me he's coming and he never showed. My sugar is low due to no food I don't feel good at all. No one has called me back to say he's running behind. Hopefully this happens to NO One else especially with a health condition as mines.

So I wait two n half hours for my food. Half slab rib dinner  n ten piece wing ding n slice of chocolate cake. I'm Soooo upset that I just stuck $40 dollars out my door for Ribs that are at least two to three days old just HORRIBLE!!! And the cake is soaking in melted chocolate icing plus some kind of mouse that I DON'T eat inside. I'm Really Dissapointed because I have NEVER gotten a total WASTE of my money meal. And then when I called too complain " I'm a frequen customer" they Flat out lie too me they were fresh"NOT"!!!!!!. Never once offered too replace my order or return my money. I wish I could give a zero. I feel like I've been ROBBED!!!

Crazy fast delivery! Best customer service ever. Delicious food. Love this Happy’s. My go-to for ordering pizza.

did a delivery order and the food was terrible breadsticks were burnt and my sub was thin as ever like they were savoring meat or something called and talked to manager and he had no care in the world… if i were u i would stay away from ordering from here

I TRIED TO ORDER THROUGH THE STORE BUT I WAS FORCED TO USE "SLICE".  $24 FOR A SMALL PIZZA!!!  I CALLED AND THEY SIMPLY TOLD ME THAT NEXT TIME I SHOULD ORDER STRAIGHT FROM THE STORE.  I'M ON A VERY LIMITED BUDGET, I RECENTLY HAD A BRAIN ANEURYSM, CAN BARELY AFFORD MY SCRIPTS, BUT I THOUGHT THAT I WOULD SPOIL MYSELF FOR ONE NIGHT AND GET A PIZZA.  WHAT A MISTAKE.  THANKS "HHHHAAAAPPPPPPYYYYY'SSSSS", PIZZA!!

I understand todays world where everyone in business is shorthanded with staff. That being said I appreciate the fact they’re open late and offering their services for those who work late.

First time order from Happy's. Ordered bq rib tips, onion rings and jumbo shrimp. Waited 5 min to have my order taken, their phone was ringing off the hook, it's Labor Day and the man was patient and friendly and got my order perfectly! I was told delivery may take one hr and 20 min but the friendly lady delivered it in 45 min! It was piping hot and ALL the food was excellent and I would definitely order from them again! Superb service by staff! Extra impressed because it is a holiday!

Delicious perfectly baked pizza. Even though they discontinued my favorite topping Brittany and Nicole went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. Wish I could have said the same for the Waterford location that I had tried to order from a n hour prior. Thanks again Brittany
