Terrible customer service, unable to contact via email, no phone # and shipping number not recognized by Canada Post. Product never arrived, they’re just thieves.

Sorry to say, I have to agree with the previous poster. The item I ordered LOOKED like a Halti collar online. It was called a "Halt Head Collar" - missing an "i" which should have immediately rung some warning bells! Item arrived in a clear plastic wrapper with NO instructions. The "Gentle Halt Head Collar" was useless - there was no adjustable clip on the muzzle loop and the loop over the head was stitched firmly onto the muzzle loop instead of being allowed to slide through - as on an actual working Halti. I am ashamed to say that I did not do my usual due diligence and look up the reviews for this company. Even trustpilot.com has some irate, negative reviews of this company. The Chat feature on the website is non-functional - just for show. Also, no response to my email to "Customer Service". Buyer beware!!

Not a Canadian Company!!! Items ship right from Hong Kong. Zero customer service. Ordered a large personalized dog collar with leash to match. I can barely see the writing on the collar they made it so light in colour and they sent a puppy or cat leash with it! Useless! Save yourself hassle and shop local for your pet!

Do not buy from this site. They say it's local but it's shipped from overseas. One month and I still have no idea where the item and the tracker does not get updated Do not order from this site unless you are able to wait over one month.

Save your money and your sanity by never ordering from this company. Not only did I not receive the product I purchased, the customer service was abysmal.

Horrible!! Ordered a cooling blanket for my dog almost one month ago. Still not here and have had one update. Never again.

I TOO FEEL VICTIM of this so called Canadian company. ZERO customer service...no answers on any of my emails and via Instagram and Facebook messenger either. Save your money and shop elsewhere!!
