Owners were SO helpful and nice! This was our first time there. We picked a dozen assorted cupcakes for a birthday party. I had called a few days prior to preorder, but he had assured me they would have a large variety available at all times and he was so right! We had a difficult time deciding as there were over 20 choices, and more than the "usual" flavors. Some even had cheesecake on the bottom....YUM. They were delicious, and there's a price break if you order larger quantities. We are looking forward to our next visit!

Talked to them on the phone and was told to come in at a specific time. When we got there nobody answered the door and it said closed. Their hours were posted on the door stating they should be open for 3 more hours. They lied about being there at the time they told us to be there.

Went out on a limb and ordered my daughters first birthday cake without ever trying their products. I didn't make an appointment but went into the bakery with a picture of the cake I wanted. The baker did a 45 minute consult with me and helped me design a great cake for my daughter. She included a smash cake for free. While we haven't seen the finished product of the cake yet, I did buy cupcakes to take home to my family. OMG they were the best cupcakes I have ever had!! I can't wait to see and taste my daughters cake!!

This place is amazing! The cakes not only look incredible, they taste incredible! And we love that you can get two different flavors in one cake. We usually choose the oreo cream filling for one of our flavors and the raspberry filled almond cake for the other. We have never been disappointed!!!! Thank you, Happy Cakes!

Do not use Happy Cakes in Twinsburg. I just went to order a quarter sheet cake for a baby shower and because I told her that I only wanted a quarter cake and would bet making other desserts myself for the party she refused to sell me a cake. I'm appalled that anyone would refuse to make a cake for someone just because I was going to make other treats for my guests. What a terrible business plan and I will be spreading this word.
