I am going to get straight to the point - Custom Cake Creations is simply one of the finest custom cake shops/businesses in NE Ohio. They have done a cake for just about every major family even we have had (wedding, birthdays, celebrations etc.) and every time they have delivered great looking cakes. More importantly, the quality of the cake itself (let's face it, it needs to tastes great) is superior to any other cake we have experienced. The team is super fun and easy to work with, they go the extra mile to exceed expectations, and they always come through with great designs that have everyone at our parties asking who did the cake! If you need a cake and you go anywhere else, you are missing out!

They did a beautiful cake for my daughter's 16th birthday. Her celebration was a little hectic and frenzied and sadly we didn't get a picture of the cake. They did a lovely scroll design on Tiffany colored icing and a little fondant plaque for the top. Great place and will be returning soon to get a cake for my son!

My wife and I ordered a cake from Custom Cake Creations for our wedding last fall and everything about the service, knowledge of the staff, friendliness and deliciousness of the cake was top tier. I am ordering a cake replica for our 1 year anniversary, smaller of course, and still had the same perfect service as I did last year. I recommend them too all my friends with any cake needs!

My husband and I would personally like to thank the wonderful bakers from Custom Cake Creations. Our wedding cake exceeded our expectations. The final product was everything I could have dreamed of and more. The cake was wonderfully fresh, delicious and the frosting was the best part! The design we submitted was followed superbly and flawlessly. We will most definitely be using your services again.

I live out of town and I was throwing my husband a surprise party for his 30th birthday. I emailed Donna on a whim seeing if she would be able to fit me in only 8 days before the party and she was delightful. I emailed her pictures of the cake and told her what I wanted to change. She made me feel like it was no problem and of course she could get that done for me. When I picked up the cake I was literally in awe. It looked better than the pictures. Everyone at the party LOVED it and it was my husbands favorite part. Nobody wanted to be the one to cut it! In the end, the cake was delicious to boot. I greatly appreciate Custom Cake Creations and Donna for their professionalism, their understanding for my last minute situation and their craft. I will absolutely be a regular customer in the future.
