Hanwell Irving

Have stopped at this location quite a few times while travelling thru the region. Today was very disappointing music was turned up way to loud for a convenience store was more like for the staffs enjoyment. I was looking for some beverages for New Years and floors were covered with unpacked boxes of liquor , many areas to trip and fall. I was having difficulty locating some ciders so asked the girl at the counter if the carried ciders, she was busy putting on lipgloss and leaning against the counter , but did say she wasn’t sure if they had them , however she said if there were any they would be on the four way unit. I had no idea what she meant she offered no further assistance. I was really disappointed with the level of customer service and how I had to navigate around all the boxes stacked in the already narrow aisle. Conveniently located stop customer experience really poor !

What more could you ask for....open until midnight for gas, smokes and beer, opens at 6am for smokes, gas and beer..... :)

This store opens until midnight for liquor. I guess everyone has rushed to this store after everywhere else is closed. They have friendly staffs too.
