Convenient location (in off hours at least, traffic can be a little harrowing at times during busier periods). Gas bar is open 24 hours, there is a drive through/walk in coffee that is also available in lieu of a car wash like many others. Generally my first stop for gas coming off the smythe street bridge exit.

Regular gas and convenience store. Good coffee and pastries.Friendly staff. Discount on gas on with free gas card.
