Thank you so much for going above and beyond with the beautiful flowers for my wedding. They were exactly what I wanted and gorgeous. Even though I waited until the last minute to do everything, I was very happy!

This is the flower place that the church asked we went with for my moms wedding. They asked that we made a appointment to talk with the guy there about what we would like for her wedding day. He told us a week or so make a appointment and I'll have a sample to show you what I'm thinking. So we made that appointment. We get there and he didn't have anything but the notes he took. So we were kinda scared to see what they turned out like. He didn't seem to actually listen to what we wanted. We got to the church on her wedding day. None of the flowers were anything like he told us they would look like. It was nothing like we asked for either. We were very disappointed. I tried to call them multiple times on her wedding day to see what they could fix before they closed. They don't care about their business or if their customers are satisfied.  No one answered any calls. Felt bad for my mom that they did this to her. Everything else on her wedding turned out awesome. That was the second chance we gave these people. We also ordered my prom  corsage  and stuff from here too. We went there the day of our prom to pick of those flowers and they said somebody called and cancelled our order. So they rushed to put soemthing together. It was a wreck both times we have gone with them. If I could give them a 0 rating I would. Defiantly wouldn't recommend this place for anything big you need flowers for. They are a joke and there store has all fake flowers, full of cats, and stinks. Good luck for anyone that goes with them!

Terrible.  First off, the only flowers in the place not dead or obviously dying were fake.  Couldn't talk to anyone without an appointment, then they rescheduled our appointment, then forgot our appointment.  When we finally got to talk with Craig, none of the things we had discussed for our wedding were present, the bouquet looked like he had simply thrown it together with whatever scraps in his shop struck him as pretty.  Next we spent about a month trying to get him to provide us with an invoice so we would know what we were getting and how much it all cost.  Finally went with a different local florist.  Disappointing and unprofessional.

We ordered flowers on line for my mother's birthday.sent the wrong flowers and I called the next day and she said she would send the correct flowers the same day free of charge.I am pleased with their awsnser. And we will remain loyal customers forever.thank you hank and staff.sinserly the zamoras

Ordered a Christmas Centerpiece on line, to pick up.  Walked in, the place was a hole in the wall and smelled badly of smoke.   The Centerpiece looked different than what I remembered, but was pretty.  I looked on line today to see why I remembered it so differently.   The arrangement was supposed to be made of Red and White Roses, they gave me Red and White Chrysanthemums.  They didn't charge me any less for swapping out the flowers.  I live quite far away and was only in the area to do Christmas shopping.  I had bought a $50 gift certificate on line for $25 and figured I would get a really good deal.  Had I  paid the full $50, I would demand a refund.  I won't go there again.
