Gaertner's Flower Shops & Greenhouses

Selection was minimal for fresh flowers (granted it was December) but still...the few arrangements they did have were VERY expensive and only lasted 1 or 2 days max (typically I can buy an arrangement that lasts at least 5-6 days. Not very impressed, will probably not come back or order from this place again.

Do not be fooled by the slick website. According to the manager the $98.00 Christmas arrangement image In their website was just an "illusion" of the actual. In reality there were no more than 6 flowers on the Gaertner version compared with the website image showing a full centerpiece with many flowers. To top it off, I selected a delivery date of 12/23/16 and found that it has already been delivered as of today, a full week too soon. The manager was unbelievably rude and defensive of the poor service. This entire experience was a horrible, expensive, disappointing waste of money.

I called on Saturday morning December 26th, at 8:30am. I asked them to delivery a dozen yellow roses to a freind who was having a tough day as soon as possible. They were delivered by 9:45 that morning, and they were beautifully arranged. What great service by a local florist. Thank you for everything!!!

Ordered a $60.00 arrangement on the 2nd of February for deliver on the 10th of February and it was not sent! At all! I called them before 9:00AM this morning (02/29/16) to find out why and they said they'd look into it. I'm still waiting for the call and it's noon! It shouldn't take that long and their immediate response should have been to immediately look into it and call back within an hour. Very disappointed in the service.
