I planned my wedding through Handa travel in 2015 and they were very helpful and my agent Ramya was great! She always responded to my inquiries in a timely manner. Then we planned a trip to Cuba for this December and she got us a good deal finding everything we were looking for.

I've seen poor customer service before, but what I encountered at Handa Travel was so extreme that it was almost impressive. It's even more shocking since their customer service is supposedly their main selling point. Getting information out of their agent was like pulling teeth, even for basic questions, and the agent would repeatedly ignore the basic information I provided (dates available, price ranges, etc.). It was almost as if the agent was actively attempting to dissuade me from being a customer.
