We had a block of rooms. Everyone I was with slept pretty well, but the road traffic noise outside was a bit much. The comforter was extremely warm. If you took it off, the air conditioner made things very cold. However, the staff was extremely capable and friendly. The pool was fantastic and had a basketball net. We had a ton of fun and it was clean. I would probably go back but get a room on the non Highway side of the building.

Third time staying here with my husband for work travel. The rooms are clean, but this time we were put in the hearing impaired room. The fire alarm went off in our room at midnight while we were asleep and because it's the hearing impaired room the fire alarm made a soul piercing noise for a long time until the hotel manager could figure out how to turn it off. The police came, the fire department came and no one can figure out why it went off. I'm 7 months pregnant and the stressful experience caused me to have contractions until 6am. Terrifying. The next day my husband tried to get our rooms switched but they claim they're sold out and have no other rooms. This room should be condemned until they figure out why this happened!! The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. The staff are pretty decent, except for the head maid / housekeeper. She has a really bad attitude! Now, we just skip service and keep our own room tidy only asking for towels and toilet paper when needed.

This is our second stay at this Hampton Inn. Meticulously clean. The rooms are beautiful with the dark brown barn board flooring. Neel at check-in was very friendly and helpful.

Awesome front desk guy named Neal (spelled close to or a different version of "Neil") *hooked me up with some birthday popcorn and the room we stayed in was pretty modern and a hot tub jacuzzi was an amazing bonus! Definitely would stay there again and reasonable price-wise

🎖🎖🎖🎖🎖🎖🎖🎖🎖🎖. This place gets 10 stars!!!! The customer service started the moment I walked thru the front door here. The smiling friendly staff, from Stacy at the front desk for check in really made me feel like a valued guest,!and the GM Jasmine even went out of her way to accommodate my early arrival!! A huge thank you to those 2! I will be back!
