This is a wonderful gym, perfect place to train with tons of space and the staff is so friendly. I have been going consistently for 2 years now and I LOVE that place.
Clean with all the equipment you need. Great staff.
Best gym experience in Montreal and a great owners that are always investing in their equipmentcrossfit, weights, BJJ...! For 5-10$ more than your regular gym subscription, you won't have to wait half an hour to access the various equipments.
Clean, birght gym with the most friendly staffs who will always available to help you with all the equipments and exercises. If you go further inside the gym, you will see a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class run by coach Michele Forte of Brazilian Top Team filled with friendly people from across Montreal. 5/5 would recommend.
