Went there to pick up a birthday card for my husband, and was forced to use the hand sanitizer... even after I told them that I'm allergic to the chemicals in the hand sanitizer. It didn't matter to them; in order to get a card... I had to do it. It burned my hands, and turned them a nice vibrant red.

Bought a Mug as a Christmas Present, when I took it home I noticed that the Handel on one of the mugs was Broken and I couldn’t find a receipt. With not much hope in getting an exchange I took it back and the Cashier called the manager explained the situation and sent me on my way with a new Mug. This was some of the best customer service I’ve ever had!

I purchased 6 masked that are all the same, each in a sealed pouch. I opened one,only to find out the quality was absolute garbage. I tried to return the UNOPENED pouches and was refused. I was told, new rule, no returns on masks. I can see not taking back the open one but why not those that have never been unsealed. I am annoyed and out over 50.00. Not my first time having a bad experience here, I won't be back.

The people that work there know their stuff and they have a card for almost any occasion.They can also tell you right where it is.Customer Service is ultimate there and I've been a customer for as long as it's been in Fredericton.

They force you to put on hand sanitizer. Don't shop there if you value freedom.

I always find nice holiday items here. A little expensive for many products but I always enjoy shopping here.
