Very poor customer service in back office. They need to hire people who actually like to work and be friendly. Voiced my concerned to manager on duty but no apology said he would talk to her. Wether you're clocked in or out there's no excuse to be unfriendly because you are representing the company when you are in your work uniform. I actually even told her how she was unfriendly before telling the manger. She said their was nothing she could do or say. A simple "I apologize if I came off rude" would have been better customer service. I  was told by Janelle "why should I greet you first if you didn't say nothing to me either". She let me sit in the back office for a good 10 mins without asking if I needed anything because she wasn't on the clock. I'm a restaurant manager and I always tell my staff be nice to everyone you meet because you could miss out on future job opportunities. Not saying all staff there is bad but if the manager can make eye contact with you and not say "Hi" it tells you a lot. Unfortunately I still have to shop here because the restaurant needs alcohol.

 P.S. be kind to your clientele because they are buying alochol in order for you to have hours and pay cheques .

Selection seems good; new location is gorgeous but definitely less convenient than when it was on Prospect. Staff is friendly enough.

Popped into the new location at 18 Trinity Avenue - the design of the new logo is awful, the text is not legible from any distance away which meant meant that I had no clue what had gone in this space until I drove right up to it. The interior is nice, but I'm not sure about the selection. Seriously down to only one (red) wine from Greece? I know that was a change that happened before the move, but come on. I miss having a $10 bottle of retsina on a hot summer night. 

Gave them back a star (from 3 to 4) because not having a wider variety of international wines isn't a mortal sin, just a personal pet peeve. I was pleased to note the addition of St. Germain and Marsala, which I hadn't seen in the old store before, so there's always that.

Also worth noting that the local cider selection seems to have expanded, while I found the local beer selection a bit more spread out/hard to navigate.

Great selection of pretty much every type of common liquor you can think of, they do almost completely lack the more exotic types. With that being said they most likely have what you are looking for at a reasonable price.
