The drink specials were great and the and the the atmosphere was very cozy.
So on my second drink in over 5 months the bartender who was drinking on duty which any professional person knows . You are there to facilitate the party not become the party! decided $4.50 change from a $20 bill for a $5.50 drink is acceptable. So he basically scammed $10 from me after I all ready tipped 25% on the first drink because some of us are professionals and know what it's like!
I really like Halinas and we always have a good time there. The bartender is so sweet and really attentive. The only problem I've ever had there is people fighting over the pool table but it doesn't happen very often.
Great place. Kitty is awesome.
