Buying a new car can be a tiring and confusing process, but Adam and Patrick at the Sunshine Coast GM made this as smooth and as enjoyable as ever. From the moment I walked in there for the first time, I felt at home and taken care of. Adam made it so clear that he had my best interest at heart the entire time. Everything was very honest and transparent and they really went the extra mile to make me a very happy and satisfied new car owner. I’m so in love with my new Equinox and I will certainly be back again when it’s time for an upgrade. I didn't actually end up getting to purchase a vehicle from Sunshine Coast GM and I'm sorry I didn't, but Nick was fantastic to speak with. Thorough, no pressure, and super friendly.  No issue with returning deposit when a cancelled vehicle turned up elsewhere, and still congratulated me on the new car. Thanks so much!

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had.  We moved from Ontario to Sunshine coast,  and had to get our car certified.  Had to replace many partsapparently.  Told us we needed a 3rd cylinder for fuel injector, ok.... but engine light is back on.Took 4 visits to complete everything.  Second visit car was there 9 hours, mechanic left car on hoist and went home for the day.  Left us stranded , we live in Madeira Park.  Third visit damaged the hood of car, duck taped the car, put brand new tires on but didn't align them, glued runner for rain on top of car, but they fell off.  Fourth visit told us we needed new runners for top of car, they couldn't fix it had to order.  So have to go back for 5th time.  Broke our trust and integrity.   We are kind people didn't yell or get upset, but feel royally screwed.  Sad that people take advantage of kind people.  Won't ever go back.

Terrible experience, took 3 hours to change 4 tires. Charged me over 10% shop fee’s. Ended up damaging my vehicle I think on purpose to try to get more money. They called me 5 mins before the shop closed so I had to deal with the extremely rude and condescending sales staff. Even if they can get you in quicker than most places there’s probably a reason. Stay Away

We had a pleasant and uncomplicated experience buying our new car.

From the minute we walked on the lot Jamie was awesome. His display of honesty, humour and kindness was very refreshing.  Once I found a vehicle I was interested in he made it easy and accommodated our schedules. He brought the car to us to test drive. Then I was introduced to another amazing person, Craig, to deal with the approval process.  I now sit here looking at a car in my driveway and I couldn't be happier.  Thank you Jamie and Craig!!

I can’t say enough good things about my experience purchasing my new vehicle from Sunshine Coast GM. Nick, my sales representative, was incredibly helpful, patient, knowledgeable and made himself available whenever I had questions. Sunshine Coast GM gave the the fairest, no haggle, trade in valuation on my vehicle, and there was absolutely no head games or BS. Something I can’t say about all my experiences in dealing with Toyota during my new vehicle search.  The Sunshine Coast GM team made the purchase process incredibly easy and seamless despite my 5 hour ferry delays! Nick, Patrick the sales manager and Deanna the finance manager all stayed late to help me out and had done all the leg work ahead of time to allow me to take the vehicle that day.  And despite the fact that they were staying almost an hour late, at no point did they make me feel rushed in making my final decision.  It was 100% worth the trip from the mainland to the Sunshine Coast to do business with them. I can’t recommend them enough.

So very happy with my 2021 Chevrolet Trax, I needed a vehicle quickly and everyone at Sunshine Coast GM made it happen with ease.  Jamie made the experience painless and is always happy to answer all of my questions.  Super happy customer!
