I brought my saw in after sitting in another shop for months. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Within a couple weeks I received the call picked up my saw and it runs like day one again. Awesome work
Fixed up my old Jonsered 2094 chainsaw with a carb kit/tune after I replaced the jug on my own. Got the repair done in short order and very reasonable price. Super friendly knowledgeable staff.

An all round great place to hang out.
Brought an old Stihl saw in 2 years ago for repair as it was running poorly so was hoping for a tuneup. 3 Weeks later I called to check on the progress and they said they would look at it that day, a few days later I called back never received a call from them and was told the ignition coil was spent and they aren't manufactured anymore so I could come and get my saw. When I arrived they cable going to the spark plug had been cut and the saw was now unusable. They tried to charge me for this "service" even though I had brought in a functioning saw and received one back that didn't work. When I picked up my saw I voiced my concerns about how my saw was no longer functional, how I did not receive a single call from them and how they were now trying to charge me for ruining the saw, to which they showed no concern whatsoever. A few weeks later I took the saw to Home Hardware in Gibsons for repair, they fixed the spark plug cord and found that there was sawdust impacted in the flywheel. They fixed Coastlines mistakes and properly diagnosed the problem. Do yourself a favour and take your tools elsewhere.
Exceptional Customer Service. Rushing to catch an important ferry and my dual sport tire gets a flat. I needed help fast. Canadian tire blew me off and I tried Coastline Power Sports. I spoke with the owner and he told me he would be more than happy to help me out even though service dept was closed. I was able to bum the bike to the shop and I was instantly greeted at the door by a smiling women, she led me to Dave who changed my inner tube within minutes, he knew his stuff and was great to chat with during the repair. I was able to make the ferry. Haven't had customer service like that in a while!
They are closing and had nothing left. Sad to see them go
Although they were unable to fix my Honda outboard they did try everything. They were atentive, concerned and pleasant about it and didn't charge me anything because they were unable to resolve my issue...great. Also their prices are very competitive. I bought a pair of motorcycle boots there and I only paid $20 more than online and I could try them on and take em home that day...great
The staff are knowledgeable great and helpful. They help me with all my dirtbike parts needs and questions. They made my son’s first experience at buying a helmet safety gear a lot of fun for him. Tony and his staff are five stars in my books.
Very friendly and helpful staff. I'll recommend this to anyone looking to service or repair their outboards and ride ons. There are some nice items on the show floor.
