Friendly staff and easily the easiest vehicle shopping experience anywhere without the hassle of having a salesman breathing down your neck as you look. Vehicles are slightly higher priced but an easy experience. Just come in and inquire, photocopy your license, grab a plate, and go. Easy peasy!

So friendly and helpful. No pressures and they were patient with me while I tried a few different vehicles out. Picking up my new to me SUV on Wed and cannot wait. Communication has been effortless, and fun. No corporate stiff pants here. Good people with good senses of humour trying to help you find the next best vehicle for you. Hey what can I say, I am outspoken and don't like making big purchases, which can make me a little difficult to work with. After being shuffled through what might have been the entire bench of sales reps I thought I might have had to walk away from haldimand motors. But as much as they say no haggle, which is very true, they are humble and quick to rectify a mistake or misunderstanding. I would recommend them to anyone and will be back again when I need another vehicle.... Sorry sales reps, I will try to give advanced notice next time so you can armour up.nnLoving the Jeep.nnUpdate: Even better than I thought. I am definitely not anymore nor ever will be again a jeep guy. But after the rear differential went on the jeep within 5 days of purchasing it, and Jeep taking 30 days to do a warranty repair, i would never have felt confident in that vehicle again. I explained this to Nic and he gave me a very fair trade in value and got me into a Ford explorer ST. This is absolutely 100% my lifelong car dealer. Sorry again, sales reps.nnThe entire staff turned a nightmare into very happy ending. They might be corporate owned now, but they are still the family managed business I always heard about them being.n- a very happy customer.

I recently purchased a pre-owned BMW from Haldimand Motors, working with Jenny on the deal. Overall, my experience with the dealership was pleasant.nnWhen I first arrived on the lot, I wasn’t greeted by anyone and was free to look around as I wished. I later found out this is Haldimand’s policy, which I really appreciated. I knew what I wanted when I came in, and after going inside the main office and meeting Jenny face to face for the first time, I was given the keys to the vehicle for a test drive within five minutes. Nobody came with me on the test drive, which was great—I felt like I could really familiarize myself with the car I wanted to purchase.nnThe test drive went well, and I was interested in purchasing the vehicle, with the condition of a pre-purchase inspection. Jenny let me know that a pre-purchase inspection was completely fine with the dealership, and I scheduled the car to be taken in the following week. The inspection came back good, with the exception of some wear items that needed to be addressed. I communicated this to Jenny, and she got back to me saying they would take care of the issues the inspection had found, which was great.nnThe turnaround time for the repairs was roughly 2.5–3 weeks. This included the time needed to source the wheels and winter tires I wanted installed on the car before pickup, which Haldimand was happy to source and install for me.nnFast forward to pickup day—the process of picking up the vehicle took about 15–20 minutes from the time I arrived at the dealership, which was great. However, after driving the vehicle halfway back to my house, which is about an hour away, I noticed that the fuel gauge was only at half. Unfortunately, the vehicle was not topped up with gas before pickup, which I felt was a missed detail, especially since there is a gas station just 30 seconds from the dealership.nnThat said, now that I have the vehicle in my possession, it’s been wonderful and I’m very pleased with my experience overall. I’m knocking off two stars for the lack of a full tank of gas at pickup—something I personally feel should be a no-brainer for the dealership to include.
