Hakkalicious Niagara

Food quality was very good, portions are huge and service was good and friendly. Prices are a bit in the expensive side for typical Hakka restaurants but to be expected since this place is located in the heart of a tourist area. Also, to be fair the prices are maybe just a few dollars more than usual which makes sense as I would imagine it's not cheap to lease a spot so close to Clifton Hill. Overall, my husband and I were pleasantly surprised with our dining experience here and would recommend it to anyone looking for really good Hakka in the Niagara region.

Perfect place for, after long time i find the exact taste what i need. Excellent food flavor with good amount of portions. Really satisfied with customer survice. Whoever comes Niagara falls must visit.

Overall a good experience. Food tastes authentic and portion size is good. We were a group of 4 and tried veg and chicken manchow soup, sweet chilli potato, chicken lollipop, fried rice and veg Manchurian semi gravy. Would recommend everything except the potato dish. Service could have been better, we were the only people in the restaurant but the server didn’t check in that often. Will return when I am in the area again.

Nice restaurant with good desi-Chinese! Food taste was average, but the service was exceptionally good. Everything is Halal, which is very surprising coming from USA. Good portion is good for 2-3!

The food and service was quite good, we tried the lollipop chicken, chilli chicken and shrimp, Manchurian chicken and fried rice. The food overall was pretty delicious, albeit lollipop chicken could have been slightly crispier. Overall though pretty decent quality, would recommend!

The food are made fresh and my favourite is the Hakka noodle .. good and tasty restaurant in a tourist place.. the portions are very large and if you visiting Niagara this is one of the best restaurant ..

First meal after getting no breakfast in the morning. One would think noodles aren’t fulfilling, but man I was wrong. The food was just amazing, and the staff was super friendly. The overall theme of the place really hit home to Indian desi food. Unfortunately, they didn’t have momos, but stay tuned for the special thali because that’s one hella deal for $21. The quantity of the food is over the top. 100% recommended!

First of all, I need to point out the other reviews that are claiming this establishment is anywhere near the level of Hakka restaurants in Markham, Mississauga, Scarborough, Brampton, etc..... Not even close, so please don't even take those reviews seriously and regard them as fake. The vibe and actual restaurant itself is actually nice and welcoming so that's a plus which is why I gave it 2 stars. The food seemed stale to taste and the flavor itself was not typical of Hakka cuisine although the portions were generous. Another turn off were the cups they gave us to drink water in. They were not washed properly and felt oily. Upon examination, I noticed I saw an oily fingerprint mark left on the cup easy to spot since it was a black cup and not see through glass. I know there are other reviews that mention the price hike as well but this did not bother me as much since this place is located in Niagara Falls and this is to be expected. Nonetheless, I was completely disappointed with the food and experience I had. The food was barely touched and I personally hate letting food go to waste. I would suggest to try to find another establishment.

When I visited place wasn't very crowded.I tried szcheuan fried rice and veg Manchurian gravy. Both of them are a must try! They have big portions of food. when I visited last they didn't have any beer if you are looking for it. Ambience was decent. They played Hindi music mostly. Alsoo they are located on the main street which is easy to find. Overall good experience with food.

If you are an indo chinese food lover, this is the place for you. There are amazing options to order from, lots of them. Even they have really good vegetarian options also here so you won't feel left out. The ambience of the place is really nice and vibrant. Place is clean and lots of seating available. It's in middle of downtown so just a quick walk to the place. About good, quantity was really filling for 2 and taste did full justice to hakka cousine. Momos and the red chutney was incredible, loved it. One of the best places to eat, highly recommended.
