I would say it's pretty mediocre. I've been there a few times and only felt like an inconvenience to them. The staff act unprofessional and the stylist I've had is always rough with my hair and just cuts/styles it the way she wants to - not the way I want it. Went to insignia and the difference is shocking. Better service, better treatment and it's even a little cheaper. Don't bother with this place

Jamie styled my hair for a wedding and she was a pleasure to talk to and did I wonderful job and I am super picky who does my hair. I highly recommend her.
