Never in my life have I left a review while still getting my services done. This place, the people, the ambiance, the team work, the coordination among the staff….. I can honestly keep going! Magnificent! To mention that they are open on Sundays and literally saved me for an event I am attending tonight. To being called by my name, which wasn’t forgotten! Listen!!!!! Yeah, this is not a high-end nail salon that should be charging high-end prices. You can tell the previous owner did a great job with the interior design, furniture, and finishes, but the current owner really hasn't been keeping up with the place. I sat down for a pedicure and had a bunch of blonde hair on my black hoodie; I'm a black woman with braids, so where did this hair come from?! The pedicure chair had food crumbs in the crevices, which is disgusting, and the shop is just starting to looking dingy. I had an appointment, where the employees stared at me, no greeting whatsoever, so I stared right back. Once they said hello, I informed them I had an appointment, and they still weren't very welcoming. Nothing racially-discriminating, I just think they weren't used to people making appointments. The nail tech didn't greet me, then proceeded to do a terrible pedicure. No conversation, which I was perfectly fine with, sloppily-done polish job, uneven looking polish, my cuticles look the same as when I came in, barely scrubbed my feet and then she had the nerve to try and upcharge me. I went to Fiona because it's near my house, but never again. I can go a mile down the road to Tenley Nails or Nancy Nails for better, welcoming, cleaner service for half the price.

We had appointments but they were very short staffed. We waited for 30 mins and it was clear that the gentleman who was my tech was very new as the manager kept telling him how to do things. In the end I left with nail colors I didn't originally want and a bumpy gel manicure.

I called and scheduled a last minute gel manicure and standard pedicure and they were super accommodating. Thu did my services and she was great! Super fast and efficient but still took her time to scrape through all my gross calluses. The pedi came with a hot stone massage and a hot towel which was a very nice touch. At the end I paid with Venmo which seems to be preferred over cards. I don’t mind but just FYI if that’s a thing you care about. I’m not someone who often does nail services so I guess I don’t have much to compare them to but I had a good experience and would come back again!

I came in as a first-time customer for an eyebrow wax and basic pedicure. My brows were out of control after being sick for weeks, and in a few precise moves my brows were brought back to life! My basic pedicure was anything but basic- aromatic scrub, warm oil, topped off with beautifully painted nails! Lan took care of me for both services and was excellent : I highly recommend a visit!

I called the Fiona Nail Lounge somewhat last minute to get manis and pedis for my sister's bridal party, and the woman I spoke to moved some things around to accommodate us. Not only that, but honestly, the staff that helped us were the most engaged, kind, and sweet manicurists I've ever had. We had a few giggle fits, and when I mentioned our time was running short because we had to get to the rehearsal dinner, the woman helping my sister stepped on the gas and still did a wonderful job on her nails. They were just easy to work with and we all really loved our manicures and pedicures. Just wanted to pop in and recommend this salon — it has great energy and we felt very well taken care of!Services: Manicure

Recommended. I have been going to Prau at Fiona, she is very good — my manicures last 4 weeks and longer. Everyone there is kind, and the atmosphere is laid back & without too much sensory overload.Services: Dip powder

I’ve been here a bunch of times, most recently I got dip nails for the first time. I love these ladies! Affordable, efficient, clean, thorough - and my nails looks great! I especially love the care they show my daughter - 6years old - she loves coming in with me.

I recieved a citrus pedicure last time I came. The massage was wonderful and my feet felt so rejuvenated and smooth when I left. I also got a design and it was beutiful. Most places I go to can't do designs or they try and its just not great. This was not the case here, they provide great service and their work is amazing.
