Joti is a gem! My daughter had never had her hair done professionally only cheap box dye, lots of it, my bad!! and I figured this would be a wonderful sweet sixteen present for her! Joti was the sweetest, kindest person ever. She was very honest in her approach and explained each step so well. She had to do a colour correction and strip so much box dye out of my daughter’s hair!!! She was unsure if the result she was hoping for would be achievable in one visit, but the result was EXACTLY what my daughter wanted, and even better actually. She also did really good treatments so that her hair would be healthy and sent us recommendations of products to use moving forward Olaplex is magic, just sayin! It’s been one month since it was done and her hair is still amazing, and SO MUCH healthier than before!! I would recommend Joti to anyone. Also the salon has this amazingly peaceful, collaborative and non-competitive vibe nothing I had ever experienced in a salon before. Pictures are before brownish and after grey-ash blonde. Was looking for a style change with look, I’ve been goin to Joti for all my hairstyling wants so I got an appointment booked. She was tentative to my desire to get my hair dyed grey and guided me thru the process of references to style, tone of look and overall presentation wants. This prepared me for appointment and what to expect of the colouring procedure which I was very comfortable with. This was my first time with hair colour and Joti did a fantastic job - we did an in-depth consult so she could understand what I was looking for and the level of maintenance I was able to commit to, and executed perfectly. I was extremely nervous going in but felt so at ease with her, and am super happy with the results! Would highly recommend, especially for brunettes!

Absolutely loved my visit with Joti! My hair looks amazing even after a few washes and the colour is vibrant. She took the time to explain the process as she was working and made my experience enjoyable. I even purchased a few haircare products on her recommendation and they are all working very well for me. As someone who is very picky about who does my hair, I couldn’t have trusted Joti more. She is so professional and great at what she does. She truly customizes your entire look based on your hairs’ needs and your goals. I won’t be going to anyone else!

For the past 2 years I've been getting my haircuts with Joti and every time she gets better and better. It's hard finding a hairdresser that is knowledgeable and that you can trust, but she is the real deal. Highly recommend her!
