I will never return. I showed up 10 mins early and the woman up front was actually quite rude. “Come back at your appointment time” I booked online and it was stated that it’s a 45 min appointment. After I booked I called to confirm that the appointments are 45 mins because I had another appointment to go to after. Well I guess I got the newbie at the salon. I had to keep reminding her of the time and pretty much had to tell her to hurry up because I have to leave. My hair was left frizzy and just based on my experience I could tell the woman doing my hair was very new. Constantly bumping into my head with her nails and the end of the brush. And watching her with the curl brush and it getting stuck in my hair several times. I can’t believe I paid $50+ for a one star experience. The woman needed about an hour and a half realistically to do my hair, so maybe the store could put some thought into appointment times for new people.Services: Hairstyling
Been here a couple times, both times left with frizzy hair that fell out within an hour. Last time, they let someone in training practice on me which I am fine with, if a manager is watching, but it left me with lopsided hair that the manager had to come in and fix, leaving my hair feeling dry and over processed : I love the convenience, and the products, but I wish that they did styled hair a bit better!
Such a hidden gem! I use Drybar often back home in California, and I was so happy to get an appointment here just 24 hours in advance. I got a great blowout from a friendly stylist. Most importantly, it's holding up in the Vancouver weather. I'll absolutely return on my next visit!
I got my hair done by Lauren and she was soooo incredible!! I told her my hair doesn’t usually hold blowouts very well so she did the most to make sure my hair would stay. Super convenient spot at Nordstrom. The lady who did my hair was super friendly and caring. She did an up-do for me with a short notice and listened to what I needed. Highly recommend this place.

I love this place, and I love Adam! My hair is naturally pin straight, very low volume, and fine. It's hard for my hair to hold a curl for longer than a couple hours unless someone knows what they're doing, and whenever I go in I always get a beautiful blowout that lasts me for days! I never want to wash away the style, because it's always so perfect even after being slept on. All the girls here are lovely but Adam nails my style 100% every time, and he's super personable and professional. I always recommend this place to my friends and coworkers looking for a pick me up or style.
The people here are friendly and make getting a blowout a pleasant experience. I can barely do my own hair, but for a reasonable price, I can have event ready hair in under an hour! I can't wait to go back : Other bonus points: they have a pretty convenient online booking system. I love being able to book my hair late at night.
Had the most incredible experience with Brittany. She did a beautiful style with nice bouncy curls and was a pleasure to talk to you the entire time. I treated myself on a vacation and highly recommend the experience!
Great experience! My appointment started about 20 min late someone was there doing bridal hair but I have no complaints about the service itself. A bit weird coming here for a weekend morning appointment as Nordstrom is closed and finding your way around to a staffed entrance was slightly confusing. For future patrons, enter through E Bar and let the E Bar staff know you’re there for a Dry Bar appointment. Someone will come let you in!
