Haidilao Hot Pot Markham

Amazing experience. The quality of food and services was impeccable. Everyone was very nice and the service is quick. Our waiter Jeff was so observant. He brought out the food and cleaned up the plates quick. Everytime I was low on water he refilled it quickly. We ordered hand pull noodles and someone did a great demonstration throwing around the noodles. He looked like he was having lots of fun and it was very entertaining for me too! I love the jelly bar it was sweet and refreshing.

I celebrated a birthday here, and both the food and service were amazing! The new ice jelly dessert bar was refreshing after a big meal! I had quite a few people in my party, so I was able to reserve a table by call with no problems. All the servers who assisted us were very nice and helpful! Additionally, they were able to refrigerate the cake, and brought it out for my party to eat once we were done with our food. They can also sing happy birthday if you want.

Just left Haidilao with my family after celebrating my dads birthday there! Honestly one of the best customer service places I have ever been to. They are always so consistently friendly, nice, helpful and always topping up your water and doing whatever they can. Even if they’re on the move and having to service many tables, they always make time to make sure you’re good and your tables are cleared of anything. This is all the staff, my waitress was super nice too, I think her name was Yang Huizi or something, I briefly saw it on the bill so I hope I’m correct. She was so nice that my mom who barely goes to restaurants was so overwhelmed with how good her service was that she tipped 35% and wanted to give even more. It was unforgettable for them as we haven’t been to a place with such good service in so long. We will definitely be going back, I love both locations, this one and Scarborough, they always treat you so good! All the staff were amazing. Thanks Haidilao! And on top of that this is the PERFECT place for late night eating or late night dates. Also beef and meats were so good!

Their weekday lunch special is good they got refreshment at the waiting area. fruits dessert and appetizer bar. The store is clean and welcoming and they got free nail art by appointment. Cassie lead me to my table and do nails for me. She is nice and thoughtful

Had another exceptional experience eating at this Haidilao with friends. The place was extremely busy due to the long weekend, but the service provided was excellent. The place is clean, food was quickly delivered, soup bases are delicious especially their spicy one, their sour white cabbage snack is a must have every time, there are a wide range of sauce mix, and their services are perfect! We had a relaxing time enjoying our food. Most importantly, Mika!! who was our server, provided the best service! We couldn’t be more happier. Thank you!
