I would give a no star if I could. I contacted this firm to retain a lawyer for a strata matter. The first thing I agree with is they need to do a conflict of interest search. This doesn't take a long time to do however, this law firm doesn't get back to you at all. I sent a email asking for them to destroy my application as its taking too long to complete and until this day they still haven't responded back. I've worked with many lawyers over the years and it doesn't take long for them to complete a conflict of interest search or return a call. Lawyers are hired to help us during a stressful situation, not to add to it.
