I was referred to Tim by a close friend who could not say enough good things about him. After my initial meeting with Tim, I immediately felt comfortable and I knew he was my guy! He is very knowledgeable, confident, and kind hearted. He handled all 3 of my accident claims and went above and beyond from what I expected from a lawyer. He took the time to get to know me and we share the same love for nature and animals. I trust him wholeheartedly and have confidently recommended him to many. Thanks for all that you do Tim! I very rarely write reviews, but when someone or something outstanding crosses your path, you cannot help but spread the word. I have been a client of Tim Pettit of Pettit & Company for the past 7 ½ years. From my initial meeting with Tim all those years ago to today, I can say that Tim and his entire team have been consistently professional, thorough, and objective. Tim and his firm fought vigorously for me all the while keeping me well informed. Sometimes, what Tim had to share was not good news for me, but I appreciated his candor and honesty. He took the time to ensure I understood what was happening every step of the way. My file was not an easy or straightforward one and Tim went to battle for me every single day. What Tim had to endure was astonishing and yet, he maintained his enthusiasm and objectivity. Tim never gave up even when faced with huge challenges. His passion for the right outcome was inspiring. I had a very good experience with this law firm. Tim Pettit was calm and compassionate while offering experience and guidance during a challenging time. He knew of the best experts to call on navigating a world that I was unfamiliar with. Through every step I had someone competent and respected in my corner. I was injured in a bicycle accident following a collision with a vehicle. After failing to reach a settlement on my own with ICBC, I began to seek out legal help. After talking to several firms by phone, it did not look promising until I got in touch with Pettit and Company. I was invited to visit their office and present to them, records from the scene of the accident. After reviewing the details, Tim assured me that I had good grounds to pursue a better settlement. He and his team crafted a well written proposal which effectively placed the totality of fault on the vehicle’s driver. After further negotiations, a new settlement followed - one which was more proportional to the facts. I will certainly keep Tim and his team in mind, should I ever require their assistance again.
