Friendly, and patient staff. Decor is thought warming and inviting. Events and performances have a side of mystery and awe. Good stuff all around.

Stayed here one night while traveling. Bed was comfortable and clean. Staff was helpful based on my very limited interactions with them. Hotel US beautifully decorated with a native theme. One surprise was the real animal pelts made into cushions. I can imagine somebody being shocked and offended by this -- I was surprised, but not offended.

Staff was amazing food great and rooms where reasonably priced and very clean!

The hotel is okay but I would not stay here again. My husband and I stayed here for the last part of our trip to Quebec hoping for a change of scenery, but all the taxidermy animals everywhere prove that this is not our scene at all. Put simply, the hotel is overpriced, staff is not rude but not the friendliest, beds are clean but uncomfortable with stiff sheets. We just didn't like it.
