I was staying with family, so there is no way that you could’ve informed me that the room was not available. In fact the room was always available it had just been given to another guest accidentally.nIf you’re going to respond to reviews about your establishment, be sure to do your due diligence and fact-check before replying.

My experience at Hotel du Nord was good overall. The rooms were clean, and they offered a nice variety of breakfast options that were fresh and satisfying. However, I was a bit disappointed that they didn’t allow us extra time for checkout without an additional charge, even when we requested it as a courtesy. While the stay was pleasant, a bit more flexibility in service would have made it even better.

Was a bit worried prior to checking in because of the mixed reviews but had an amazing experience. Clean rooms, friendly staff, good rate and convenient location right beside bus stop. The only downside was that Quebec City advertises this as one of the hotels where you can get a bus pass for your stay if it’s 2+ nights, but they had no bus passes for us and that was a big selling point when we booked.

I checked into this place and was pleasantly surprised. The staff was supernhelpful and very friendly. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained. This room came with a continental breakfast that was very well done. And there's three spots for charging vehicles at no extra cost. Walking distance to a lot of great restaurants and shops.

Nice facility for $100 a night. Limited items bread/toast, muffins, cereal for breakfast but the coffee is good - fresh and hot. There’s a coffee machine in the lobby that is accessible 24/7. Room is basic, beds are not comfy. The frames are squeaky as you move around. Room and bathroom are clean, but quite cramped. Free parking at rear but limited spots, there are a lot more spots across in an empty lot.
