The lady there wanted over 100 dollars for the simplest of returns anyone could have, with the only input being a quebec pension. I was stunned and walked out.

What was said would take 1 week is now 5! The lady that answers the phone is rude...and they keep saying they will call us back and never do. Terrible service, worse ever and still waiting!!
