H&R Block

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Spent two and a half hours there, with one and a half hours being spent waiting to get the quoted price (80$) They tried charging me 180$, for a simple tax return with no real additions. The rep. spent the entire time on the phone with the manager trying to allow them an exception to get my pricing in-line with the quoted price. The best they offered was 18$ off 180$. They wasted my time, and are basically predatory. They couldn't explain why it cost an additional 100$, and I ended up leaving.
