Today was one of the worst days of my life when my senior dog passed suddenly at home. His regular vet was closed and I was hysterical and called them in tears because it was the closest vet opened. I wasn’t sure they would help because we didn’t have a file there and it was close to closing time. They were so helpful and compassionate and made this horrible experience bearable and helped us to make arrangements to send our baby off in peace. We are so grateful for the help, patience and kindness that we experienced in this terrible moment of our lives. Thank you!
Our dog’s eye infection was getting worse so we brought her in to the emergencies. We met with dr Kasuto and we were impressed with his ability to help our dog feel better while he explained to us thoroughly her condition and how to treat her at home.nDefinitely a 5 star customer service by the whole team and specially by the veterinarian.
Pierrefonds Animal Hospital is an excellent clinic. The staff is very helpful and polite and it's easy to get an appointment with the vet of your choice especially online. Dr. Masse is an exceptional person and veterinarian. She is very knowledgeable and professional, and extremely understanding and caring. My dog is a three year old Shepherd-Lab mix who is very nervous at her appointments. Dr. Masse calms her and me so well and the visits go more smoothly than I ever though possible. Thank you everyone for your wonderful service.
One of best veterinary practices in the area, in my opinion. They’re open almost every day except Christmas and New Year’s Day, have emergency appointments and experienced/qualified staff. We’re always greeted politely, served quickly and the staff really care about our pet’s well- being.
I have spent well around $10,000 at the VET & NOUS Animal Hospital in Laval. Recently, I moved to the West Island and had to bring my dog in for an emergency. Since it’s the same VET & NOUS network, I expected a seamless experience. However, I was disappointed to find out that they do not have access to my dog’s file from Laval and wanted to charge me $75 just to open a new file at this location. This feels like an unnecessary money grab.nnEven without integrated technological infrastructure, it should be possible to request my dog’s data via email from the Laval location. Ultimately, we decided to leave and drive back to Laval, which wasted a lot of our time.nnAdditionally, the front desk staff at the West Island location were extremely rude. While the receptionists in Laval used to have similar issues, they have since become very pleasant and professional. It makes me wonder if the problematic staff were transferred to the West Island location.
