Everyone seems very kind and friendly here. I came in, last week, to get my bunny neutered. I was very nervous about him getting hurt because he always jumps out of people's arms and can get seriously injured He hates being held which is why I ask ppl not to. I sounded like an extremely over protective mom but the technician was so kind about it and took note about the jumping. She did not make me feel bad about it at all, which I really appreciated. She was very reassuring! When I came to pick him up the other tech was also very patient with my many questions. I'm very grateful for their patience and understanding! The place is also very clean. Bonus! Thank you again!
Pepper may not have a made a great first impression first time, arriving with a very large and offensive abscess that was rupturing, on top of arriving just before closing time on a Sunday, but she received excellent care nonetheless; quick and efficient intake, thorough cleaning and a victorian collar, all surprisingly affordable. Many thanks to the tech for taking great care of my baby in a horrible state.
We adopted our kitten Ash through Pierrefonds and it was a fantastic and smooth process. They did an absolutely wonderful job socializing him and he gets along perfectly well with our other kitten and my toddler daughter - we couldn't ask for a better pet. The staff were always courteous, kind, and patient and really took their time explaining everything, you can really see how passionate they are about animals and their care. If you're ever looking to add a friend to your family be sure to look into adopting through them, we're so glad we did :
I love this place, specifics the way they treat their clients, super profesional. We have experienced our worst day by putting down our fur baby with this amazing team. They treat you way more respectful than they treat you in human hospitals. Today we have received a letter from their team for our loss. I am just speechless.
On the 8th of August Dr Tomasino and the staff assisted our beloved dog Java of 17 years to pass. The care and service was exceptional. We were deeply touched by the high level of compassion. Thank you all for making a tough decision a bit easier. The Dubés
Excellent service and very responsive team. Prices were competitive and was seen fairly close to the date I called to make the appointment. My only problem was the employee parking was not marked differently than the customer parking. Not an actual problem, I just had to carry my hefty cat a little distance. I still give them a 10/10.
I highly recommend Dr.Annemarie Masse. She’s been treating my pets for many years and she’s always been very caring and compassionate, especially when one needs it most. She goes to the extra mile, and never looks impatient or treats anyone with condescension. She’s wonderful with both her patients and their owners, and takes the stress out of the consultations. She’s definitely deserving of five stars!
Very good veterinarians, very professional, im satisfied with their work however the young girls at the front desk are very unprofessional and unfriendly. I understand that this might not be the most exciting job ever but show at least a bit of respect to your customers. Whispering to each other about their vacations thinking the customers in line cant see or hear you is very rude. We were waiting with two other customers while the girls were talking about their weekend plans, not acknowledging us. Even while they were serving us they continued talking to each other, never making us feel welcomed. We also tried to book an appointment with one of them and we waited for a good 2 minutes thinking she was putting our info in, to then turn around and ask the other girl to book an appointment for us saying that she was too tired for this. She never apologized or even told us the reason as to why we waited for so long. Its also not the first time it happens. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but now its the third time and i cant rationalize their behaviour anymore. Please, give them a proper training on customer service.
Wow, this is not even our primary care clinic and they took us in right away. From the receptionist to the vet tech and the vet himself, I can’t say enough good things. Extremely compassionate and nice towards the animal and us as well. Thank you for being so kind.
It’s been a little more than a week that my bunny got spayed, she is recovering well. Thank you for taking such good care of her right after her surgery, I love that you guys call and follow up with us. My stress went away knowing she was in good hands.
