The vets are knowledgeable.. main issue is that it's a business first and vet second. Everything is trying to up sell. The prices are high in the first place and when your animal is sick is the worst time to fend off all the extras they try to stick you with.. dirty strategy.. if it wasn't a small town vet it would need to compete with other vets and wouldnt survive the way it operates. Other than this.. the can make your animal well again.. just keep an eye on your wallet...

Very good vet. She very patient with the animal. I have a Great Dane, of almost 2 year old, when my house burnt down and I had no were to have my dog look after will I go to work. They keeped him for a full day, pampered him, for a BIG amount of 0.00$ was very appreciated.

I have brought 3 cats there and all i can say they went above and beyond to care for my pets. I highly recommend this hospital. Two thumbs up! Thank you for caring!

The best place in eastern Ontario to bring your animals they have the best doctors and nurses on staff here it is a excellent place to bring your pets they make you feel at home here

We just moved to the area and my dog was starting to suffer seasonal allergies. We weren't surprised, but we took him in for an exam to get some doggie meds (he was on benadryl temporarily). The office is welcoming, and the exam rooms are fantastic. Instead of a metal table hanging off the wall, there is more warm wood (but still non-porous counter surface). After the vet tech looked him over, the vet came in and immediately took him off his leash. She sat down on he floor and engaged with him at his level (he's a Jack Russell). She was talking to me but focussed on my dog. Overall I could tell that the doctor loves her job, cares deeply for her patients and gave me a feeling of trust.
