Good CLSC with lots of services available, especially for children and infants. Never had any issues here. Friendly staff, wait times for appointments are usually short, and facilities seem generally good.

I got an appointment through GAP within a week after calling. When I went to the CLSC, it was easy to find, the parking was free I went in the evening, I was seen quickly, and the RN, Marie-Pier, was FABULOUS. She explained everything she was doing and was so kind and friendly. I had a great experience.

Absolutely unacceptable service and outdated methods worthy of another era. At the reception desk, employees refuse to offer even minimally respectful and professional service. One gets the impression that patient dignity has no value here. This facility is a disgrace to our healthcare system and in no way reflects the quality our province should offer.

The clinic is practically invisible from the street; because construction obscures the building and I couldn't see the address, I arrived 15 minutes late and my appointment was cancelled. I waited three weeks for my appointment, which is absolutely shameful. It was impossible to speak to anyone face-to-face; I was immediately transferred to the phone line. I waited on hold for 10 minutes only to have my appointment cancelled again.

I had an appointment this morning, May 17th, at 11:20 a.m. to have the stitches removed from my left cheek and apply steri-strips. I dealt with an exceptionally competent and professional nurse, Mr. Sasha Roy. A friendly, courteous young man who took every necessary precaution to avoid causing any infection.nDuring a similar procedure on my ankle about two years ago, a lack of precaution on the part of the nurse caused a significant infection in my leg and required a three-day hospitalization with antibiotic transfusions.nI thank Mr. Roy, to whom I hasten to express my deepest gratitude; and although he told me he was only doing his job, let's recognize that some perform it in an exceptional manner worthy of mention.
