Hôpital de Saint-Eustache

I am English, I speak French but people know I am English. I have always been treated well and courteously at the St. Eustache hospital . Furthermore, many of the staff often speak English to me when they observe how I speak French and, while I appreciate the consideration, I would rather they indulge my speaking French . The only problem I see at the hospital is the terrible waiting times in the emergency. Thank you

Went to the emergency after my son suffered a fall, we got in the tirage and started to explain what happened when the nurse stopped us and said "no no no I'm not doing this, I don't speak English", we asked if we could see someone who speaks English and he said "I don't know". I told him but you are speaking English fine right now and the nurse just walked away. I swear I would never step in this hospital ever again.

I passed 14h sitting on a chair, 5 evaluations from nurses, and never saw a Doctor, I hope to never go back to that horrible place !

My 5-year son needed stitches on the face. They told us that kids had priority. We waited 10h during the night with my son on ours arms. Only one doctor for the whole hospital during nights. Horrible, incredibly unhuman experience. The doctor and the nurses were very kind, at least.

Worst hospital if your sick and you love you're life don't go to that garbage hospital they did a surgery on my uncle knowing that he had an infection and that's what killed him. You're supposed to put him on antibiotics till the infection is gone and then you opparate. I can assure you that the doctor is gonna hear from us. Please don't loose your beloved ones and go to a different hospital.
