Love the clothing, but waaayyy cheaper to order online (even with shipping). You can usually get the exact same things for 20$ cheaper and sales that do not occur in the store so you can save a whopper. I never found anyone rude at the store. They asked me once for help and when I declined they left me to it. I personally hate when other places bother me a million times, especially while I am changing. If it was not for the price mark up, I would rate 5 stars.

The staff members will noticeably avoid making eye contact and talking with their customers. The members know very little about their product, though a lady once redirected me to The Jean Machine because your sizes were not true to the fit. The dressing rooms are not kept very clean but the ladies do keep up well with making sure left-behind clothing is put away properly.

the staff is condescending and didn't even smile when they talked to me. They seem to be over worked. They were really rude to my mother when she need help. I will never forget that. I actually like H&M and their clothes but the people who work at the Sarnia location make me not want to go there. I always skip the one in Sarnia.
