I’ve been to three different locations in the GTA, and this one is easily the best out of them all! Unlike the other two, there isn’t a super long wait here, and the service is absolutely spot on.n​Even though there is a 2-hour dining limit, we didn't feel rushed at all. In fact, because the service was so fast, we actually stopped eating way before the last call. The food comes right out in seconds after you finish ordering!n​A quick heads-up, though: there are a few items you might want to stay away from if you have allergies. Somehow, a few dishes contain nuts/peanuts even though traditionally they shouldn't, which could be a bummer for some.n​Also, if you're a credit card person, you are out of luck here. They only take cash or debit. However, if you pay by cash, you get a $3 discount per person, which is a nice little perk! Highly recommend this location.
One of my favorite ACYE Japanese BBQ in downtown. Although the waiting time was long, the food and service here are very worth for the wait. They offer a wide range of meat selections here. Desserts are very nice. Definitely come back soon.
We love GyubeennThis was our first time trying this branch. It was quite busy, and even though we had a reservation, we had to wait a little.nnThat being said, the quality and flavor of the meats are absolutely incredible. They’ve also added new options to the menu we decided to try the sushi and were honestly amazed. Their sushi is even better than many dedicated sushi restaurants. nnAlso, please give the pumpkin soup a try it was unbelievably delicious. And we are truly in love with the crème brûlée. It’s outstanding. Even someone who doesn’t usually like desserts could easily eat at least three! nnThe staff were also very attentive and quick, which made the whole experience even better.
Waitlist with live queue tracking helped us arrive just in time with almost no waiting - great because they are always packed in the evenings. No wonder, it’s great. Our server Mew made us feel right at home with clear explanations, friendly advice, lightning fast service, refills and grille change. Meats are beautifully sliced, juicy and delicious, kalbi and miso beef were the highlights for us. Bibimbap and tomato soup were top notch too. All you can eat is honest no-asterisks, they bring you all you want as many times as you want inside the time window. Would benefit from a couple more beer options. Wonderful experience overall!
