I took my two cats here. The first time i was here the vet was there and he seemed really nice but it turns out hes not normally their on mondays when we are actually free, their must have been a miscommunication when i first contacted them. Our girl had some worms and ear infection but with the treatment shes still not doing well and losing a lot of hair around her head. There was more miscommunication when we got them spayed and neutered, we were told only the male was gonna be done but then they took the female as well. Then i was horrified when i received them and came back home to realize they were still covered in blood bleeding on the way home. My boy now has an infection possibly from it not being cleaned properly before he was returned, we can't keep taking time off from work to take them in so we are going to have to change vets as much as I'd like them to redeem this issue.

Translated by Google We were Sunday March 6th. Simba, our one and a half year old little cat, could no longer urinate. Simba seemed dying. I called all possible veterinarians on the Island of Montreal, without answer, because it was Sunday. So we turned to a veterinary hospital, hoping that the emergency could take care of him quickly. In the emergency, a staggering sum was requested from us. No payment agreement could be reached with them, we were advised to euthanize Simba if we did not have the means to treat him. After several calls, we were referred to the Trois-Rivières Ouest veterinary hospital. It was 10 p.m. The veterinarian told us to bring Simba immediately, waited for us to go from Montreal to Trois-Rivières and opened the doors for us to treat him urgently. The hospitalization lasted 8 days, Dr. Ken, Dr. Taza and their team saved our cat for a quarter of the price that we had been asked elsewhere in Montreal, or even less. A multi-day follow-up was also done after the Simba release. We were called to find out how he felt. We strongly recommend doing business with this veterinary hospital and its honest employees.
