Totally awful experience; missing things, cold food, messed up items. They didn’t have half the menu so the made substitutions & DIDN'T ADJUST THE CHARGE TO THE LOWER COST ITEMS. We ordered jalapeño poppers and steak and cheese egg rolls, they didn’t have them and sent us plain chicken wings no sauce and diced tomatoes….??? The customer service was impossible to get a hold of BECAUSE YOU CANNOT REACH THE LOCATION you order from, and have to call the 888# They only comped half the messed up order. He was corporate- so coldly polite… My meal ended up in the trash with 2 pickles eaten.

Overpriced GARBAGE! Unbelievable! Burger was bland, fries were ok. The Philly cheesesteak egg rolls were DISGUSTING. They were cold and tasted like they were saturated and fried in OLD, USED grease/oil. Completely inedible. It’s like they didn’t care WHAT they served their customers. What a waste of money! Never again!!!

Excited to try! Order went through via DD. Upon arrival to pick up the order they were told they did not have the ingredients to complete my order. Very disappointed. My DD driver called to tell me and was very professional. Don’t have the ingredients? We ended up having Wayback Burgers in Salem NH and it was incredible! If you are ever in Salem NH, I highly recommend!

Guy's restaurant makes use of ghost kitchens to fulfill meals. For example he pays Red Robin to make the burgers and other outfits to put meals together. Unfortunately this assembly process by professional food delivery drivers results in cold food and incorrect orders. I really expected a better operation with Guy Fieri's name on it, especially for the $70 I paid to get my family lunch. He should really stick to his TV shows or get Robert Irvine to fix his business! Dietary restrictions: Allergy-friendly

Food was cold, bland, and poorly packaged. They were out of items and sent replacement items that were not ordered. Cuban was as described in other reveiws: sparce and untoasted. Hamburger was cold and only took up half the bun; chicken sandwich was extremely dry and ice cold. One redeeming factor was the fries! They were lukewarm and seasoned, which is more than I can say for anything else in the order.
