Out of all the physicians that I have dealt with, this one is by far the best! They are accurate, caring, and quick. I would recommend anyone try out this place if you are looking for a new provider. Dr. Kuntz is great, and so far all of their staff is the same.

Friendly, very knowledgable folks. Staff put me at ease immediately! Dr. Kim didn't keep me waiting and discussed the procedure with me, being sure I understood fully.

It took a full week for me to get a prescription written by them, and then it was for a fraction of the amount of medicine that was needed and split up over 3 refills unnecessarily. Also, a simple request that a visit be billed as a preventative visit because of insurance was denied. If you do decide to go there, definitely don't go to the Russian doctor. She's not very kind or accommodating.

I've been a Guthrie patient for many years and have always been treated well. My PCP is a Guthrie doctor. I get appointments the same day--sometimes with an NP, but they're terrific also.

Used this location for labs in lieu of paying facility charges at Cayuga Medical Center. Service was a little slow but otherwise excellent. Staff had pleasant attitudes. Lab results were received by doctors as promised, in a timely fashion.
