My son has been a patient since birth. He is now in High School. The office is friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Shrivastava is kind, he listens to our concerns and explains things in detail. We always feel safe and comfortable.

Dr. Shrivastava has a kind and calming way with kids. He is attentive and thoughtful. He always places great value on parents' intuition regarding their child's needs. He listens and takes the time to provide a high level of care. We've known him for 20 years and he has helped us so many times. The office staff and nurses are helpful and pleasant.

Have been going here for 6.5 years with my kiddo. Each visit is reminder to find a different practice. Waiting over an hour past appointment time to see the doctor.. getting pointless referrals in order to be told the original results were read wrong and referral wasn't needed. Getting told I'm not feeding my kid yet got told by the refferal that results show my kid is absolutely fine. Not to mention the unprofessional non work related phone calls from the front desk that take precedence over patients. Going elsewhere from now on, I'm over the stress of this place.

My daughter-in-law called as her 14 month old was running a fever of 102-104 for 48 hrs despite giving him tylenol and motrin. He was coughing and had vomited. They told her to continue giving him the tylenol and motrin for another 24 hrs and wait and see. She told them that she did a home covid test and he was positive. Despite all this they refused to have her bring him in, just wait and see. She was in a panic and the poor little guy was in such pain she took him to the emergency room in Cortland. They saw him right away and did several tests and a chest xray. He has a double ear infection, covid and adnorvirus. Thank God no pneumonia. They said it was good she brought him in right away. I had a similar experience with my son when he was little. it seems they see kids for checkups and shots, but when they're sick take them somewhere else. Just my experience and opinion. The staff are personable but I didn't see them going above and beyond.

I have taken both of my children here their entire lives. This team goes above and beyond to ensure my kids always have prompt and quality service. So much empathy and compassion comes from this office and I couldn't ask for a better doctor office along with their physicians for my family.

We were recommended to Buttermilk Falls Pediatrics and Dr Srivastava by one of my coworkers upon moving to Ithaca, and we are so glad they did. On the day our son was born, Dr S took the time to come do a checkup despite having had some car trouble on the way to the hospital, and already having sent the PA in his place. He is very attentionate and always has a nice conversation with us during the appointment. His philosophy as a doctor is rooted in reason and caring for children, balancing current guidelines and research with how healthy children have been raised for centuries. Nevertheless, he always maintains that we, as parents, have the final say on our child’s health, and will support our decisions. The staff at the office is excellent, always friendly and kind. We have only ever had a good experience so far in 6 months of bringing our child here and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fantastic pediatrician.

We've been taking our kids here for almost ten years. Our kids have some high needs and I appreciate how the staff here work as a group-starting with the front desk staff on to the nurses and the doctors, to support them. I appreciate the small size of the practice and how my children feel comfortable here.

Dr. Shrivastava is a very knowledgeable, caring and informative doctor. Both my daughters are comfortable with him and the nurses. We've been patients there for over 6 yrs now and are very happy that we chose this pediatric practice for our children!

I have had the best experience with buttermilk falls pediatrics , just recently my daughter became really sick they got us right in , seen her gave me detailed instructions and then brought her back the next day and she was much better. It so happen to be her 2nd birthday and she was able to enjoy her birthday.

We recently had our first son in August and the doctors here have been amazing. We met Dr. Khorki in the hospital and immediately knew we wanted him to be our primary care physician. He is great at explaining things and is very thorough. We’ve seen the other physicians for various reasons and they’re just as wonderful. We’ve had nothing but great experiences here.
