Gundlah Dental Center

Nice facility and staff. Both I and my daughter have gone there. No problems.

I would have given less than a star but I had to do one star to be able to post my review. My daughter (7 years old) needed dental work done and she had to be given Novocaine, well at first they did not give her enough Novocaine so she felt pain and started screaming. During all of this both the dentist and dental assistant both rolled their eyes and the dentist said "this is going to take all day" probably in one of the rudest voices I have ever heard towards myself and my daughter. She had yet another appointment today and pretty much the same ordeal went down about pain that she was feeling. Today we were informed that Gundlah will no longer do any more work on her mouth and referred us to a dental office that is over an hour drive from my residence. If you and your staff want to roll your eyes, make smart ass comments or can not handle a child that is crying in pain during dental work then maybe you should have picked a different profession to go into where you don't have to deal with children or angry parents when we are treated with such ignorance.

I find the staff friendly and good at their jobs. I have never had an issue with their work or attitude in the least. They are very open to answering your questions. My only issue is that it is too bad they don't have one more dentist so appointments weren't pushed out so far, but that is not the fault of the people working there. I would say if you don't have a good family dentist that you have a re;relationship with then give them a call.

The staff was friendly and I didn't have wait at all. The dentist I saw was very friendly. I had a pleasant experience. I recommended this clinic.

I love the staff at Gundlah Dental Center. They are good. the only thing that we do not like is the long waiting period to get cavities filled. Our son John had to wait about 5 months just to get a cavity filled. Now he is in great pain and sees the Dentist tomorrow but they can not guarantee that they can now pull the tooth and we think that it is too late to be saved. He is in a great amount of pain.
