Aspen Dental

I would highly recommend Aspen Dental. The hygienist was very knowledgeable and explained what she was doing. She gave medical reasons to support the importance of dental hygiene. She was a wealth of knowledge.

The staff at the Olean location is phenomenal! They explained everything very well and made the process very easy on me! The hygienist Anne was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. I have been to a few different dentist and not found a good fit. They were very kind and patient with me! I highly recommend the office, but more specifically Anne the hygienist!

had appointments for family scheduled 6 months in advance for cleanings. Confirmed via email over a week ago. Get a call the day before saying they doubled booked us and we need to reschedule. Called the day of our appointments and told them we would not reschedule. Told they had an opening at 5:45 (this was our original time slot). After my son's cleaning, we were told it would be another 30 minutes before they could examine his teeth. This is not the first time this has happened to us. While waiting in the waiting room, 2 other customers had the same complaint. If you feel like spending 3 hours there, go ahead and make an appointment. I do not recommend them at all!!

I hate going to the dentist so I avoid them. I went for a cleaning and Ann was amazing! I highly recommend going to her if you're due for your cleaning! She didn't scrape my teeth and gums raw and I left with my teeth feeling so much better!

Ann was fantastic. She explained and taught me alot. I never new half the thi hs she discussed with me. What a WONDERFUL and professional person. So glad i saw her.
