I called a day in advanced for my medication and the pharmacy technician that picked up said it would be ready by the end of the day. I was understanding and know that things happen. They said to come back tomorrow morning to pick it up. I go the next day to pick up and said to wait another few hours.nnThey did say that they don’t have an ingredient for the medication which i find to be hard to believe becausenn1. They have to have someone keeping track of inventory because it’s a pharmacynn2. Some people can’t do everyday things without their medicationnn3. It’s extremely dangerous for some people to miss a day sometimes exact same time in the day of medicationnnI’ve never had something like this happen to me or anyone else and I’m not the type of person to complain but because this is a licensed pharmacy it’s more serious.nThe individuals there seem like nice people but they need to be more organized and if they don’t have the ingredient a call to let me know not to come would have been nice.
Would be helpful if they updated their website or answering a home as to their hours. I walk and when you call and the message says they are open, they shouldn’t be closed when you arrive. There’s a lot of elderly in the area who walk also and it’s cold in the winter so I don’t understand what’s so difficult about making their hours pen accurate. Especially holidays!
Ever since McDonald retired service has gone down hill.nAlways got to go back two or three times for one Called in prescription because your order is missing something. I’m finding it’s a waste of time dealing here anymore.nSeems the new owner doesn’t care for his customer’s.nPoor poor service.
