Guaranty Bank

I needed a new bank card. My old one expired the end of the month. I go there middle of the month inperson was told to wait a few more days it should be on its way. 1 week goes by. I go to the office again same issue. I am told that a card was sent to me in October which was never received. New card supposedly ordered. I AM STILL WAITING!! It has now been over 2 weeks since the end of the month. I will be switching banks. I had been with them for almost 10 yrs.

Definitely not the greatest tellers. Didn’t say a word to me after my deposit. No greeting either and the manager was standing 5 feet away. Took forever to make a cash deposit. I’m starting at a new bank that cares about customer service.

The employees at this location are under trained. They cannot answer simple questions and Jerry the assistant manager at the location is an a$&hole. He did not listen to what I was saying. He cut me off and was rude. Under no circumstances should you ever do business with this company or this branch.

Despite the closing and changes/challenges, everyone here has been great. I mail all my deposits so I don't have to drive up anymore.

I had to give one star in order to write this comment. I started my account little over 3 years ago. First it was convenient (Plymouth), 2 miles from my home in Minnetonka. Now it's closed. Next, I go to Saint Anthony (Stinson Blvd). 14 miles from my home in Minnetonka. Not convenient but still bank with them. Now that is closed. Next, I have no choice to go to Blaine ( North town). 23.6 miles from my home in Minnetonka. I find out the bank is in Flux due to no moneys. I strongly recommend you do not Bank here.
