I cannot say enough about Herb and his team; they were exceptional! Our 3-story historical home would present a challenge to most--we always get 3 quotes before any project and 1 of those in this case, didn't even bother to give us one; they didn't want to mess with it. Herb took it on without hesitation. Guaranteed backs up their work with a phenomenal guarantee. They can do this because they use the highest quality productsnot just all products of 1 brand and do thorough, excellent work. The team is hard-working, professional, friendly, timely, and took great care not to get paint on our historical brick, etc. I greatly appreciated the excellent communication during this project; we have learned through other projects on our home that that is not the case with all companies. On this project, I never had to call or email more than once to get a response and we always felt that Herb and his team appreciated our business.
