Great Northern Insulation

Great Northern came and sprayed foam insulation on the underside of the floor of our new room above the garage. The team came out on a cold day and did a great job. Very professional, very efficient and very clean work. I would have them back for more work in a minute.

Amazing service and best are Brennan and Evan, as they just didn't just do a perfect job, they troubled shot a problem made a few calls and Jason the manager got involved and they rectified the problem and did all they could to what is expected and went above and beyond and met my expectations.

Professional, Priced Right, Easy Work with! Had a great experience with this company. They were the best price and I can't find anything but good comments. They were great to work with on scheduling (even though I needed to change install several times due to other contractors), their communication was fast and efficient, the crew in came in right on time, left when expected, did a superb job in the basement, and I had no clean up to do after they left. No last minute surprises on the invoice. It was a pleasure to work with them ... can't think of a single thing to change for GNI. I have been dealing with many contractors lately ... WOW, what a team. Would not hesitate to recommend. And, oh yes, my basement is dry, warm and and more quiet.

Eric came out to quote the job, showed up even tho it was a snow storm. Gave us 3 options and fully explained the price difference between each option to foam the ceiling in my husband's garage. When the crew arrived a week or so later to complete the job they were professional and did everything Eric said they would do. We were very pleased with the work. On a side note, we were also having our basement finished by a different contractor at the same time. He used a spray foam company out of Lindsay for the basement. The price was almost double for approx the same square footage we did in the garage and the crew wasn't nearly as professional. We would recommend Great Northern to anyone.
