Guacamole Mexican Grill

This is one of my favourite Mexican restaurants. You know when big corporations talk about their values and culture and it just seems like a facade… WELL, this business doesn’t even have to spell out their passion and values because they show it IMMEDIATELY as soon as you step in till the moment you walk out… let me tell you… they’ve got the real definition of FAMILY and HOME written all over it. When I first visited, my family and I were greeted by the sweet and kind owners. They take the time to make you feel like you’re a part of their family… not by just ensuring that you got your food in a timely manner but they also took the time to get to know you, converse and joke. Sometimes you can’t explain it, but you just know that they are genuine people. Next, the food also makes you feel like you have taken a transporter to Mexico and you’re sitting by the beach having their tacos and nachos.. and for a good minute, everything feels right. THAT is the feeling I get when eating here. I’d definitely be coming back.

Came here for a late lunch and we ordered the birria tacos, Al pastor tacos and the enchiladas. The burria tacos were a bit too chewy and hard for the shell compared to what I’ve had before. The meat was a bit dry, but the dipping soup saved the dish. The Al pastor tacos had the same seasonings for the meat and was topped with the pineapple, I think it would taste better if it was cooked together to bring in the sweetness to the pork. Enchilada’s were really good and the sauce was quite tasty the green one was really flavorful. They give you 3 hot sauces to dip with and they were all really delicious. Overall, the space inside was really cozy and welcoming and the owners are very nice.

Guacamole Mexican Grill is a must-visit for authentic Mexican cuisine. Absolutely incredible! Such delicious home made meals! Everything was jam packed full of flavour. We had the Birria Tacos and the Chorizo Pupusas. Highly recommend them and this lovely restaurant all together. Also the staff are so nice and provided amazing service!

I've ordered from here a lot though finally got a chance to come in person. It's really clean and has a great vibe. Definitely would recommend to my fellow Latinos!

Shared a couple of dishes for a snack and was thoroughly impressed with the authentic taste and quality of the food. The chicken enchiladas with green sauce were excellent and good value for the plate which included three enchiladas with rice and refried beans on the side. The flan was very dense, kind of like a heavy cheesecake, and the caramelized syrup was the perfect level of colour and flavour. The decor was lively and bright with mexican music playing.

Yummy real Horchata. They even serve tamales with chicken which is not always available at Mexican restaurants. Really like how they make their food from scratch. They also have a delicious hot habanero sauce that adds a flavor punch you can ask for.

Came in on a Friday evening, they had live music and good atmosphere! Service was okay, friendly but not attentive. Tacos were great but the soup was not for me...

Staff is really nice but food is okay. It wasn't that flavorful and spicy. I ordered birria and was so excited to try but it was not what I expected. Restaurant looks pretty nice to dine in.

Been wanting to try this place for a while. Pretty good carnitas tacos at a fairly reasonable price. Also had a burrito bowl which was alright. I think the sauce on top they added was supposed to be sour cream but, surprisingly not sour. The sauce on top actually almost did not taste like much. Apart from that, the rice, meats and beans were pretty good. Still would like to try the other tacos they've got to offer.
