Guac Mexi Grill

Ordered take out from here and was extremely impressed. This is the BEST SALSA I've had in my life! I had the Beef Quesadilla with spicy salsa on the side. The quesadilla had plenty of beef which was soft/not overcooked. The other ingredients all tasted freshly prepared and the proportion of ingredients were perfect! Despite being a delivery/the food sitting there for a while, none of our meals were greasy or soggy which was very impressive. I will definitely return again.

Not a friendly atmosphere. Gentleman who prepped our order was either miserable or bored. This was passed on in how he prepped our food. Disappointing. Perhaps it was an "off" day for this person. The food was OK. I did enjoy the taco salad in the edible bowl. Will visit again at some point, hopefully with a better customer experience. #local guide

Wow. Just wow. This place makes mucho burrito look like canned food. Flavour and quality is on point. You have a new permanent customer!

I ordered a taco bowl and side of potatoes. The serving seemed a bit small the toppings didn't fill the bowl so it looked small but I can appreciate the freshness of the ingredients. The staff was friendly but almost forgot to put chicken in my taco bowl; I had to remind them.

Would give 0 stars. First bite into my burrito and found a long black curly hair. Needless to say I won't order from here again. Questionable health standards for sure.

Amazing flavor!!! A few weeks ago my family and I decided to try new food places. We noticed Guac Mexi Grill and decided to give it a try. I can tell you this place did not disappoint. We ordered the beef and chicken burritos and they were absolutely delicious. So tonight we decided to head back and enjoy the flavors again. Best burrito in ottawa. The meat, black beans, rice, salsa, warm fresh corn chips are a must try. This is now are go to when we are craving some Mexican!! The staff is helpful and friendly. Highly recommend

Tacos were so delicious!!! I'll certainly be back!!! Editing my review after another positive experience here... Every single time I've been here food has been delicious, staff have been excellent, and I've never had a single complaint!!! Well tonight I went in to satisfy a craving yet again, and Rosy was super sweet, kind, all around incredible!!! She went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy, and helped me far more than I could have asked for!!! If you're not going to go here for the food, go here for the customer service!!!

Really great option for fast food - the 5 star rating is comparing it to Taco Bell or similar places. Comparing it to other Mexican places, I’d give it a 4… bc the quality of ingredients could be better. But great for what it is.

Very fresh and super yummy! Protein portions are definitely too small 1/2-2/3 of Chipotle portion and so not as filling as we had hoped. Not sure if it’s an option to add extra protein, but worth asking. Was there for about 25 mins to take out as I went during the dinner rush at ~6:00. Overall very clean, friendly, and fresh!

My boyfriend and I used to be obsessed with this place. The staff aren’t as friendly anymore and it feels like we’re a bother when we order. The Tuesday $2 taco deal used to be SO generous and now they are super stingy and keep adding new rules no substitutions, now u need 3 minimum. I understand it’s only $2 but that’s the reason I go!
