"Coffee is our creativity. Wanting to make it wunderful inspired us. We sourced beans we feel great about, grown on smallholder farms by farmers we believe in. We roasted exactly a bagazillion beans to find the perfect balance to pair with our adaptogenic mushrooms and taste incredible. We’ve already gone on and on about our mushrooms and could go on and on some more. So yeah, we sell coffee. Really good coffee. But we prefer to think our actual product is helping people be creative."

First of all, 6 stars to a very welcoming staff!! We go through so many interactions in life and it only takes a small effort to make someone else have a happy day! Well, the Cafe- the space is super, we were a meetup group of 10+ people and there is a great patio space. It really worked out I must say, one of the best coffee I have had in Seattle. Not sure what was the net impact of 'mushrooms' but the coffee was great. There is a smallish selection on their menu. I loved their almond scone, it was just perfect for a sunny lazy Seattle Sunday morning! Well done!
It's my favorite coffee shop in Capitol Hill. It has a lot of tables, the space is well decorated with super cute mushrooms all over the place. It has outdoor seating in the back, perfect to enjoy the Summer. I love its Oat Matcha latte with mushrooms. It has a good breakfast menu with toasts, sandwiches and some snacks. I already tried the vegan sandwich and one of the vegan toast and they were delicious. Vegetarian options: It has at least 2 vegetarian and 3 vegan options on the menu. Parking: No parking available in the building. You'll need to street parking.
Just ordered an oatmilk cappuccino here with their mushroom mix. Did some research online and saw that early research in rodents do show benefits with these mushrooms. So don’t know how the mushrooms in the coffee with affect us. The coffee flavor was subtle and the drink had a slight early after taste. There is ample seating, feels open. Like that there is a food menu with vegan options that looks decent. Will be coming back for the sandwich and bowl. I liked the vibe and location is great. The place has cool art and lots of information about mushrooms. They also have mushroom based herbal teas available to buy with their merchandise.
We came to Seattle for a date day with two places in mind: Wunderground and Elliott Bay Bookstore. Neither disappointed. The coffee is unique with its fungi add pms, but doesn’t change the profile of the delicious espresso. The breakfast was tasty and customer service was friendly, and the art everywhere makes it fun to let your eyes wander around to see why they can find. My only feedback would be to send out the food when it is ready, as I watched them make the breakfast one at a time, and waited till they were both ready to call it out for pickup. The sandwich was tasty but a bit lukewarm. Other than that it was great!
This coffeeshop is super cute! They have coffee products of their own, as well as merchandise! It's definitely for people that really like the taste of coffee. They also have some food to snack on if you'd like! The coffee is mushroom based and they use that theme in their gender neutral bathrooms!
A very interesting decor with a lot of seating. I tried brain wash latte. It was real good! Worth a visit for a cup of coffee, to work in. Spacious and very lovely atmosphereDine in: Yes
First time here. We ordered chai tea and coffee. Good selection of the coffee and good basic lunch menu. Love the decor on the wall and the coffee packaging. Definitely will come back to try others.
Lovely lovely place to sit down and have a chat with friends or to get some work done. I was there to work a couple of hours on my laptop, and loved to people watch by the window while writing. Those seats by the windows have power outlets on the right end wall and the column in the middle. Tables that are next to the short walls/room separators also have outlets. Food is good, and the choice of beverages is perfect, each find their own. The best thing about this place is the cohesive branding all over, the beautiful art pieces on the walls, the funky designed bathrooms and the merch!
Walked in here for a coffee and snack and ended up finding all sorts of good stuff. The mushroom infused coffee was good as was the matcha. Had some nice avocado mushroom in toasted bread. Read all sorts of info on mushrooms, bought some coffee and tea supplies. They also have some great mushroom bag and clothing gifts. Really nice outdoor patio area with a few chairs out back.
There was a dude and a girl running it. The girl loves dogs she will ask about every dog that comes in. The dogs like her too. This is also the only cafe I know that puts coffee outside the door for anyone to enjoy. An apparent hobo was drinking cup after cup. Upon seeing this, the dude went out and offered a big cup for the hobo to use. Nice guy Are the food and drinks good or not? Ya, the atmosphere makes it so.
